Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson Gets Smart, PaneraiDwayne Johnson has thrown The People’s Elbow on his old wrestling name “The Rock,” and considers his wrestling name retired as he been acting under his real name. As an action hero, we’ve seen him sporting Panerai watches on the cover of GQ Magazine, in “The Rundown” and at an event for his charity, The Rock Foundation, which supports at risk and terminally ill children. You could say Dwayne is a Paneristi, but will he be wearing his favorite brand in his next movies? Seen here with “The Game Plan” co star Madison Pettis at the London premiere, Dwayne seems to be taking a short break from action films with a Disney movie. But come summer, Dwayne will play superstar Agent 23 in “Get Smart” alongside Steve Carell’s Agent Max Smart and Anne Hathaway’s Agent 99. The spy action comedy is based on the original 1960’s television comedy show created by Mel Brooks and Buck Henry and was remembered as highly comedic in those times. The film looks promising with Dwayne and Anne having to deal with field agent newbie Steve Carell’s mishaps. Expect highly comedic moments and physical comedy from the whole cast with some laughs coming from Dwayne himself on June 20th.
