Bvlgari Calibro 303 Chronograph-A Stylish, Prestigious New Diagono Watch

At Baselworld, Bvlgari revealed a beautiful new chronograph–the Diagono Calibro 303. Bolder than the Bvlgari Diagono watches we already know, this model seems to have a little bit of Hublot influence, sprinkled with a tiny pinch of the Audemars Piguet Royal Oak and the Patek Philippe Nautilus theme for good measure. The combination is very attractive, particularly when allied with the very detailed dial which clearly follows that of the handsome Bvlgari-Bvlgari XL watch. The name of the Bvlgari Diagono Calibro 303 watch alludes to the designation of the movement. From the photos I have seen of it, the “Calibro 303″ appears to be based on the outstanding Frederic Piguet 1185, which is famed for being the worlds flattest self-winding chronograph movement with vertical clutch coupling and column-wheel. With this superb movement as the “motor”, the technical substance of this Bvlgari watch is well matched to the excellence of its finish and design.

Is the watch case really oval as in this picture?

What can I say ‘I’m in love’. CALIBRO 303 just the name alone will go down in history. Its funny because I was going to buy a Rolex for my next watch but that went right out the window when I saw the ‘CALIBRO 303′. I’m sticking with BVLGARI.

The price of the watch is 10,700 for now I am currently on the wait list of 4 people (I think) in the country who have placed deposits for this watch.
