Some time ago, images of Russian president Dmitry Medvedev wearing a yellow gold Breguet Classique moonphase watch lit up the luxury blogosphere. Pundits pontificated upon how Medvedev, who apparently earns quite a modest salary, acquired the funds to purchase such a high-stepping example of haute horlogerie. Well, buckle your seatbelts, because the photo here will surely rekindle the electronic chitter-chatter.
