This Ballon Bleu de Cartier Medium watch in yellow gold features a round-cut diamond set case, yellow gold fluted crown set with a blue sapphire cabochon, and a silvered opaline lacquered dial. The watch is powered by a Cartier calibre 076 automatic movement, and comes fitted with an orange alligator strap and gold deployant buckle.
