The Cartier Declaration watch in titanium and 18k white gold features four round-cut diamonds on the titanium case with Cartier engraving. Movable rings, one in 18k white gold set with round-cut diamonds and the remaining seven in black ceramic, slide along the case to meet two fixed 18k white gold diamond set rings on the top and bottom. The mobile rings reveal or hide the silvered sunray ivory colored dial which features sword shaped blued steel hands animated by the Cartier calibre 056 quartz movement. The Cartier Declaration watch is fitted with a fabric strap, 18k gold deployant buckle and is water resistant to 30 meters.
