This Pasha de Cartier 42 mm watch in 18k yellow gold features a silvered opaline dial with inset guilloche square, sapphire cabochon set yellow gold screw-down crown and Roman numerals. Blued steel hands are powered by the calibre 8000 MC automatic movement and the watch comes with a brown alligator strap and 18k gold deployant buckle. This Pasha de Cartier 42 mm watch is water resistant to 30 meters.
