This Rotunde de Cartier Grand Complication watch from Cartier's Privee Cartier Paris collection has platinum precious metal features, while also displaying a tourbillon, perpetual calender, single push-piece chronograph and eight-day power reserve. A platinum crown is set with a sapphire cabochon, with an 18k gold dial with silvered guilloche and the Cartier Paris signature. This grand complication watch is animated by a calibre 9433 MC that features 37 rubies, 21,600 alternations per hour and bridges decorated with the Cariter double-C design. A hand-sewn full grain alligator strap is fitted with a platinum adjustable deployant buckle on this Rotunde de Cartier Grand Complication watch, and it is water resistant to 30 meters.
