This Cartier Tortue Chronograph Single Push-Piece watch in 18k yellow gold features a single push-piece chronograph, 18k yellow gold crown set with a faceted sapphire, and a guilloche silvered dial. The calibre 045 manual movement, seen through the sapphire crystal case back, powers apple shaped blued steel hands. An alligator strap fitted with an 18k yellow gold adjustable deployant buckle finish the Cartier Tortue Chronograph watch, which is water resistant to 30 meters.
