A radiant Mikimoto Golden pearl pendant representing the earth in the Elements of Life collection. The center pearl is 11mm and there are 2.07 tcw of yellow sapphires and 0.08 tcw of white diamonds set in 18k yellow gold. Both pieces of the item are removable allowing for the pendant in three different ways: just the pearl, just the sapphire circle pendant, or both together as shown here.
