Audemars Piguet Names Golfer Nicolas Vanhootegem As Ambassador

Swiss watchmaker Audemars Piguet has named talented Belgian golfer Nicolas Vanhootegem as a brand ambassador, thus carrying on the long association of the venerable manufacturer with the sport of golf.

Vanhootegem will join a prestigious roster of golf luminaries who represent Audemars Piguet on golf greens across the world. This distinguished list includes Nick Faldo, Vijay Singh, Miguel Angel Jiménez, Lee Westwood, Darren Clarcke, Graeme MacDowell, Julien Clément, Thomas Levet, and Nora Angehrn.

In the photograph, Vanhootegem wears an Audemars Piguet Royal Oak Chronograph. Since 1972, the Royal Oak watch collection has been synonymous with sporty haute horlogerie, earning the brand many fans. Today, it is one of Audemars Piguet's best selling watch collections.

I've always admired Audemars Piguet watches for their stylish and sporty designs. Vanhootegem is a smart addition for them, he's a champion just like their timepieces.
