Basel 2008: Perrelet Diamond Flower Watches

The Perrelet Diamond Flower watch collection presents ladies with some dazzling timepieces that illuminate the mechanical functions with charming feminine essences.  Perrelet's unique double-sided winding rotor--a feature that distinguishes Perrelet timepieces---takes the shape of a lotus flower, which scintillates with diamonds or other precious stones.  These unique winding mechanisms honor the legacy of Abraham-Louis Perrelet, whose 18th century invention of the self-winding mechanism paved the way for the modern automatic movement.

The cases of these graceful Perrelet timepieces measure 38mm in diameter, and are available in versions with or without round brilliant diamonds.  The winding crown is set with a blue sapphire cabochon.  The movement is a special execution for Perrelet, and designated as the P-181 caliber.

Each Perrelet Diamond Flower watch features a sapphire crystal, and is fitted to an elegantly styled rubber strap with a folding clasp.
