Basel 2008: Bell & Ross BR Instrument Analog Digital Watch For Baselworld 2008, Bell & Ross has shown a new BR Instrument watch.  This timepiece, created for the French Air Force, features a blackened case with a rotating bezel, a sapphire crystal, and a canvas strap.  Luminous hands ensure optimal legibility.

The movement in this Bell & Ross timepiece is a high-tech quartz caliber, which offers both digital and analog displays. The crown allows a number of digital modes to be selected, including an alarm, a chronograph, and a GMT function.

the French have an air force? hahaha Agree on supplying that watch with a white flag. Cool looking watch though--seems functional.

This is great news. I hope they will soon make a BR03 with quartz movement. I love their design. But having several watches it is really convenient to have a quartz that you dont have to set every time you choose to wear it. It happens to be the reason that in the morning I pick quite often the Omega Seamaster quartz because my Oris or Ebel run out of power reserve
