The
Bell & Ross BR 01-97 Power Reserve watch is an exciting mechanical sports' timepiece, which combines aviation instrument-inspired aesthetics with a popular complication.
Within the striking, rectangular stainless steel 46mm BR case, a well-adjusted and decorated Swiss caliber ticks. Based upon the time-tested and reliable ETA 2892 caliber, this self-winding movement offers central sweep seconds, a rapidly-adjustable date display, and a power reserve indicator that shows the status of the remaining tension in the watch's mainspring; the red sector clearly lets the wearer know when the timepiece is nearing the end of its reserve, and is close to stopping. The Bell & Ross BR 01-97 Power Reserve watch is equipped with a sporty galvanic dial, in either black, or white. Both dials display extraordinary legibility, thanks to bold arabic numerals and sword hands; generous applications of Superluminova ensure that this readability is equally impressive in even total darkness.
These Bell & Ross timepieces are presented on either a leather strap with a tang buckle, or an extremely rugged synthetic fabric strap. Due to the unique design of the
Bell & Ross BR 01 watch case, these straps may be readily interchanged, or even substituted for a distinctive Bell & Ross stand which handily and cleverly transforms the BR 01-97 Power Reserve watch into an elegant desk clock.
