Basel 2008: Chopard L.U.C Tourbillon Tech Steel Wings Watch The Chopard L.U.C Tourbillon Tech Steel Wings watch is a brilliant new addition to Chopard's prestigious L.U.C collection.  A stunning tourbillon execution, this watch features a unique openworked dial which presents the intricate movement structure and luxurious finishing details with a distinctive contemporary elegance.  This model is presented exclusively in an 40.50mm 18K rose gold case.

The Chopard L.U.C Calibre 4TT animates the watch.  Crafted in Chopard's Fleurier workshop, this manual winding movement features 2 stacked mainspring barrels, which allows a power reserve of approximately 9 days (216 hours); the status is shown via the power reserve indicator.  The one-minute tourbillon features a balance wheel outfitted with the exclusive Chopard "Variner" variable-inertia balance system, which allows an exceptional range of fine adjustment.  A testament to this precision, this caliber has earned a COSC Chronometer certificate.

Chopard will offer the L.U.C Tourbillon Tech Steel Wings watch in an edition of 100 pieces.   25 additional examples, set with baguette diamonds, will also be made.  The watches are fitted with a crocodile strap, and a rose gold folding clasp.
