Pre-Basel 2008: DeWitt Academia Night Chronograph
Back
Mar 28, 2008

DeWitt will exhibit a new chronograph timepiece at Baselworld 2008. The DeWitt Academia Night Chronograph features the brand's complex 43mm Academia watch case in 18K pink gold or a combination of pink and white gold. The guilloche dial displays a black and white color scheme which harmonizes with the mysterious sequential chronograph seconds display at 9 o'clock. The 27-jewel automatic movement has a 48-hour power reserve. Like all DeWitt movements, it is constructed from start to finish by a single DeWitt watchmaker.
The DeWitt Academia Night Chronograph is fitted with sapphire crystals on both sides, and is water resistant to 30 meters. Straps are in alligator or rubber, and are completed by an 18K gold folding clasp.
