In merchanical, automatic winding movements, the oscillating weight provides the energy needed to rewind the watch. With the automatic Tourbillon with three gold Bridges, the oscillating weight is a micro rotor under the barrel (patented system). The watch is slimmer and the architecture of the Tourbillon with three gold Bridges remains intact. The micro rotor is made of platinum, compensating for its smaller size by its extreme density.
