Hublot will enrich its popular Big Bang Chronograph watch collection with two new models, which emphasize distinctly different aesthetic priorities.
Strongly technical in its appearance, the Hublot Big Bang Aero Bang Chronograph features a 44.5mm case made entirely from tungsten; composite resin elements on the bezel lugs and lateral inserts provide appealing contrast and emphasize the intricate black dial, whose skeleton-work reveals the underlying chronograph mechanism. The Aero Bang watch is supplied with a black Hublot rubber strap and a Black PVD steel clasp. Designated as the HUB44SQ caliber, the self-winding movement in the Aero Bang timepiece is comprised of 252 pieces. The caliber features 30-minute and 12-hour chronograph totalizers as well as continuously running small seconds; power reserve is approximately 42 hours.
A statement of sporty luxury, the Hublot Big Bang Orange Carat Chronograph is presented in a 41mm 18K red gold case, and features a bezel set with 48 orange sapphire baguettes. A brilliant line-pattern orange rubber strap, and orange elements in composite or rubber on the various case components carry on the striking color theme; contrast is provided by the satin-finished white dial with gold-plated hour markers and skeletonized, luminous hands. The Hublot Big Bang Orange Carat Chronograph watch is animated by the self-winding HUB41 movement, which features small seconds, a date display, and a chronograph with 30-minute and 12-hour counters. Power reserve is approximately 42 hours. Both of the new Hublot Big Bangwatches are fitted with sapphire crystals on front and back, and are water resistant to 100 meters.
