IWC Opens Boutique In Macau

IWC Schaffhausen has inaugurated a new watch boutique in Macau, thus laying the foundation to serve a highly qualified customer base in Greater China.  No newcomer to the luxury-hungry Asian market, IWC has already established exclusive stores in Hong Kong, Taipei, Seoul, and Beijing.

Located in Macau's upscale "Shoppes at Four Seasons", the new IWC boutique comprises 42 square meters of space,  and presents visitors with a luxurious and sophisticated experience.  Among the construction materials employed include brushed aluminum, creme leather, polished stainless steel, and flooring in oak--all of which create an atmosphere of warmth, luxury, and open space.  A lounge area features a number of elegant low displays that invite close study of a range of IWC timepieces.  The walls feature a series of large-screen displays which play a range of fascinating IWC multimedia presentations.

To create the new boutique--a showcase of IWC's exclusive "Signature Furniture Series 2008"--the brand turned to their in-house team led by Guy Bove.  Among other influences, the various design elements take inspiration from the features and shapes of IWC watches.
