Welcome to BASELWORLD 2007

The sweet smell of spring is in the air in the quaint little town of Basel Switzerland as the world of watches and jewelry sets up for the biggest watch and jewelry show in the world. It is Tuesday in Basel and everyone is feverishly setting up their elaborate displays in hope of properly showcasing their latest horological masterpieces. Brands like Chopard and Tag Heuer never seem to disappoint with their magnificent exhibits. Other manufacturers such as Bvlgari take it a step further and actually have their own exhibition hall which includes their own restaurant and nightclub.

Many brands have already started to pre-announce some of their new pieces. Brands like Girard-Perregaux have expanded their BMW-Oracle racing line. IWC has unveiled a fresh new look to their entire Di Vinci line, and Bell & Ross has already announced their very first tourbillon watch, which we are very anxious to see in person.
