The $20 million lawsuit of Swiss watch brand Raymond Weil against actress Charlize Theron for breach of contract will proceed to trial, despite a motion for dismissal by Theron's attorneys earlier in the year.   Charlize Theron, who won a Best Actress Oscar for the film "Monster" in 2004, was selected to represent Raymond Weil's global advertising through October 2005 to December 2006,....
