TAG Heuer Ambassador Tiger Woods Wins U.S. Open
TAG Heuer Brand Ambassador Tiger Woods has claimed a dramatic victory at the U.S. Open in Torrey Pines, CA. Through a brilliant combination of flawless technique, laser-like focus, and sheer determination, Woods triumphed over both a painful knee injury and a field of talented competitors; ultimately, it all came down to an arduous 19-hole playoff between Tiger and Rocco Mediate.  This Open win is Wood's third, and follows national victories in 2000 and 2002.

At the prize ceremony, a beaming Tiger Woods hoisted his gleaming trophy high into the air, where his timepiece--a 43mm TAG Heuer Aquaracer Chronotimer watch, in stainless steel and with a rubber strap--could clearly be seen.

TAG Heuer has been a definitive leader in the realm of precision sports timing since 1860, the year in which Edouard Heuer founded his watchmaking workshop in Saint-Imier, Switzerland.  As one of the most notable champions in his demanding field, Tiger Woods is naturally in sync with the values of TAG Heuer--precision, uncompromising performance, and a dedication to perfection.  Woods has been a TAG Heuer ambassador since 2002.
