The Zenith ChronoMaster Tourbillon El Primero Moonphase Day & Night watch is a complicated new addition to the brand's collection of fine luxury timepieces. Presented in a 45mm 18K white or rose gold case, this Zenith watch features a solid gold dial refined with guilloche patterning and applied gold Roman numerals and dauphine hands. In addition to subdials for the chronograph 30-minute and 12-hour counters, the dial displays a tourbillon aperture, and a unique semi-circular cutout that showcases an elegant rotating moonphase and day/night indicator.
The Zenith El Primero 4034 Caliber animates the ChronoMaster Tourbillon El Primero Moonphase Day & Night watch. Manufactured by Zenith, this 7.55mm tall automatic movement is composed of 355 individual components. The chronograph mechanism is governed by a traditional column-wheel and can record independent time intervals with a precision to within 1/10th of a second, thanks to the ultra-rapid 36,000 vph balance frequency. The tourbillon carriage completes a single revolution each minute. A sapphire crystal window permits an expansive view of this intricate mechanism, including the 22K gold central rotor, which is adorned with a 'grain d'orge' guilloche pattern.
The Zenith ChronoMaster Tourbillon EL Primero Moonphase Day & Night watch is completed by a luxurious alligator strap lined with 'Alzavel' calfskin, and a triple-folding 18K gold clasp signed with the Zenith star on its cap. Zenith will present 25 pieces each in both 18K white and rose gold. This model is water resistant to 30 meters.
