PRESS RELEASE, 24 DECEMBER 2007 -- Marco Bicego unveils a new location in Cortina, the first Marco Bicego "shop-in-shop" in Italy, featuring a corner dedicated entirely to the Marco Bicego brand, positioned within Gioielleria Verni, the preeminent jewelry store in Cortina d'Ampezzo, on corso Italia 57, the main street in Cortina for luxury and high fashion.
The store's innovative concept was inspired by the upscale multi-store formula found in America, in which each brand occupies a dedicated space within the same shop.
Marco Bicego occupies an 11-square-meter space, stylishly furnished for a contemporary, sophisticated feel:
a store within a store, created with refined, polished taste. Stealing the show are the Bisazza mosaics, the warm wenge wood, and the latest boiserie walls. A long display case is bordered by two presentations featuring the 2008 Marco Bicego advertising campaign.
There is also a work counter, a vintage, luxurious pouf of refined black leather, and an oversized Mongolian vase with exotic plants to complete the setting. Furthermore, an entire external window is fully dedicated to Marco Bicego pieces: by now pervasive in the most stylish stores of Italy and throughout the world.
