Henry Dunay began his career in jewelry with a 7 year apprenticeship under a master jeweler after which he worked solo for 9 years. Then in 1965, he introduced Henry Dunay Designs with jewelry pieces of master craftsmanship and design appeal. Henry Dunay jewelry follows the design philosophy of balance and softness: the pieces are symmetrical and have exquisite harmony of line and the forms are softly rounded, usually with textures to create a fluid and movement appearance. The special quality of Henry Dunay jewelry is the textured gold surface - a technique rarely used among gold jewelry designers.
